World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
The item upgrade feature lets players upgrade their equipment. This can be done by any item upgrader NPC.

Some have additional abilities which are activated by pressing a button or triggering an ability.
The Flashlight is the most commonly used utility item. It lights up the surrounding area.
